2. Do you ship within the UK?

Yes, we currently ship within the United Kingdom.
 For international shipping, stay tuned — we plan to expand in the near future.


3. How long will delivery take?

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery times:

  • Standard: 2–4 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

  • Next-Day: Orders before 2 pm, delivered next working day

You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.


4. How can I track my order?

Tracking details are sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

5. What is your returns & refunds policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, intimate products like underwear and lingerie cannot be returned unless faulty.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

6. How do I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, if the warehouse has not started processing.
