Refund and Return Policy

1. Our Refund Policy

At SEDJUCE, we want you to feel confident and comfortable shopping with us.

Due to the nature of our products (women’s fashion and intimates), hygiene and safety rules apply.
 We follow strict UK consumer laws.


2. Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns only for:

✔ Damaged items

✔ Defective items

✔ Incorrect items received

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within:

48 hours of delivery

We will provide a replacement or refund.


3. Items NOT Eligible for Return (Hygiene Law)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Underwear
❌ Lingerie
❌ Bras
❌ Bikini bottoms
❌ Bodysuits
❌ Hosiery
❌ Any intimate-wear products
❌ Items worn, washed, or tried on
❌ Items without original tags or packaging

This follows UK Health & Safety + Underwear Hygiene Regulations.


4. Return Requirements (If Item Is Faulty)

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo or video proof

Once validated, we will offer:

  • A free replacement
     or

  • A refund back to your original payment method


5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, processing may take:

  • 3–5 business days for us to process

  • 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to release funds

Most refunds are completed within 7 working days.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, if the warehouse has not begun processing.

Once your order is being prepared for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it:

We will investigate with the courier (Evri, Royal Mail, DPD, etc.).
Please allow 72 hours for courier confirmation.

We may request:

  • proof of address

  • proof of non-receipt

  • a police reference number (for high-value orders)

We replace or refund only after the investigation is complete.


8. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to hygiene reasons and varying stock availability.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will replace it with the same product only.


9. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Wrong item

📦 Return shipping is free and we will provide a return label.

If the item is not eligible for return, the customer must cover shipping if the product is sent back without contacting us.


10. Final Disclaimer

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if:

  • The request violates our hygiene policy

  • The item shows signs of use or wear

  • The customer fails to provide required evidence

  • The request is made after the allowed time window

These rules comply with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and hygiene regulations.
