1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

International shipping will be added soon.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

  • £2.99 for orders below £40

  • FREE for orders above £40

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Express Delivery

  • £5.99

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Next-Day Delivery

  • £7.99 (orders placed before 2 pm)

  • Delivered next working day

All delivery times are estimates provided by carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, or Amazon Logistics.


 

4. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by customers

We will always support you and help resolve delivery issues quickly.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The customer is responsible for the error.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

  • If the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it once the correct address is provided.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or missing:

  1. Please contact the courier first using your tracking number.

  2. If the courier cannot resolve it, email us at contact@sedjuce.com and we will investigate and support you.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product

  • Send them to contact@sedjuce.com within 48 hours

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.


9. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If you order a pre-order or out-of-stock item:

  • Delivery may take longer

  • Estimated timelines will be shown on the product page

  • Items may ship separately with no extra shipping cost to you
